How our corporate training works
- You tell us the number of people you want to train over the next 12 months.
- Provide us with the name and email address of the person who will manage your group.
- We train your administrator on adding all learners into the database and how to automate email correspondences.
- Your administrator sends an invite by email to your learners.
- All learners have 60-365 days to complete their online trainings (depending on the course) from the date they first log in.
Why you should train the largest group possible
- For maximum impact, we suggest you train either one-third of employees
- You don’t need to name all your learners immediately: you can take 12 months to identify them.
- The more people you train with Positive Outlook Trainings courses, the less you pay per person. Our e-learning courses are fully scalable and flexible.
